Our concept of nature and sustainability also permeates our five apartments - a new take on farm holidays. Modern or traditional, all of our holiday apartments are suffused with light and built from natural materials. Each flat has its own inviting balcony with an amazing south-facing view. Centrally located, you'll find peace and repose surrounded by apple trees and nature.
Your day at the Kircherhof starts with homemade breakfast treats before you head out to explore South Tyrol's stunning mountains and scenery or discover one of the many picturesque towns in our vicinity. For an ideal end to your day you can visit our restaurant or enjoy the South Tyrolean evening air in our pergola or on your balcony. You're all set for a cosy evening.
There's nothing better than being spoiled in the morning, especially when you're on holiday.
Just sit down, relax and feel at home. You'll be greeted by the smell of organic coffee, tea from our herb garden and fresh bread rolls. Our homemade jams and juices, eggs from our farm chickens, fresh fruit and vegetables from our fields and orchards, home-cured speck as well as cheese, yoghurt and homemade granola are a perfect source of energy for exciting holidays.
Whether you're an early bird or prefer to sleep in, we're there for you from 8am till noon. In our glazed patio you can make plans for your day and enjoy the surrounding nature. We're more than happy to give tips on hikes, bike tours, shopping options, museums and other excursions.
Of course, you can also have your breakfast in your apartment.
Even though we certainly don't hope for it to happen, sometimes there are things beyond our or your control and holidays need to be cancelled or postponed. Cancellations are only accepted in written form. We kindly ask you to do so as soon as possible.
Up to 30 days before your day of arrival, you can cancel for free. For a later cancellation up to 14 days before your holiday, we charge 50% of the total amount due at the time of your booking. In the last 14 days before your arrival, we charge the full amount of your booking.
If you have to depart early, we charge the full price for the days you spent with us and 100% for the remainder of your booking.

General note: We want to explicitly point to the statutory provisions art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code GvD 206/2005. These state that there is no general right to withdraw from a binding contract. However, we do offer you the cancellation options detailed above, which you can also find in our general terms and conditions.
